Kevin HONG

Kevin brings 15 years of search and talent advisory experience, built across international markets with a strong focus on APAC, China and Latin America. As co-founder of LYC Partners and Managing Director China at Zavala Civitas Executive Search, he has developed deep expertise in placing C-suite and senior executives for multinationals expanding into high-growth markets, as well as for scale-ups and family offices. At Remora, Kevin leads the APAC Practice and specifically covers Greater China and Southeast Asia.

Prior to executive search, Kevin built a solid operational foundation: SAP Financial Consultant at IBM Global Business Services, Project Management Officer at Capgemini, and APAC Operations Director at Atheneum. He graduated from EM Strasbourg Business School (Master in Finance & Accounting) and holds an EMBA from Nanjing University. He is also a certified career coach. He speaks Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese), English, French, and Spanish fluently.
