Bénédicte LEPÈRE

Originally a doctor in Pharmacy, Bénédicte has had a rich and unusual career path. Starting in the public healthcare sector, she quickly shifted to entrepreneurship by founding and managing a private clinic for 5 years. She then held various global Sales and marketing roles at Sodexo group, before shifting to HR. She served as CHRO for 2 major entities: financial services, and personal & home services, where she was instrumental in leading a huge transformation process.

Bénédicte leads RTA’s HR advisory practice, and carries out consulting missions related to change and transformation, talent management, organizational effectiveness, leadership team evaluation and performance. She also supports clients from the very design of their HR strategy down to the operational and organizational challenges of global programs roll-outs.

Bénédicte holds a PhD in Pharmacy & Golden medal of Paris Hospitals (Paris XI University), a MBA (IAE Sorbonne University), a MA in Healthcare Policy & Management (IEP Paris), and MA Coaching (Paris VIII University). Continuously improving her coaching skills, she holds certifications for assessment tools and methodologies (Professional Resilience (IWD), Conflict Dynamics Profile© CDP (IWD), Values Preference Indicator© VPI (IWD), Hogan Assessment Suite, Resources’ Psychology (Cogito’Z), Transactional Analysis 101 (ATOrg), Digital Transformation (Rutgers Business School), 360° Feedback (Aon Hewitt).
