The data we use may be collected directly from you or obtained from the following sources, for the purpose of verifying or enriching our databases:
• publications / databases made accessible by official authorities (Official Journal, diplomas);
• our client companies or service providers;
• Internet sites / social media pages containing information that you have made public and databases made public by third parties.
For commercial or headhunting activities, we may collect this personal data about you even though you are not a client or a candidate.

WHY AND HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We use your personal data for the purpose of concluding and performing our contracts with you or to provide you with pre-contractual information.
1. For customers / prospects
This information allows us, for example, to manage the invoicing part of our missions; to provide you with information about our products and services, to know you better; to offer you a service adapted to your challenges; or to invite you to our events…
We use for this different means: mailings; messages via social networks; marketing campaigns; phone calls and SMS messages; contracts and invoices; deliverables; followed by missions and post-mission.
2. For candidates / profiles approached
This information allows us, for example, to contact and communicate with you during the recruitment process; to offer you other offers corresponding to your experience and your expectations; to provide you with advice in your job search; to allow our client to hire you.
For this, we use the telephone, e-mail and social networks.

TO WHOM CAN YOUR PERSONAL DATA BE DISCLOSED?

In order to accomplish the aforementioned purposes, we disclose your personal data only to service providers and subcontractors performing services on our behalf, located in France; clients for whom you are applying.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

For applicants, we keep your personal data for a period of 24 months. With regard to customers, information is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and for 10 years after the end of the contractual relationship. For prospects, information is kept for 10 years from when it was collected or from our last contact with you.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS AND HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE THEM?

In accordance with the applicable regulations, you have various rights, namely:
o Right of access: you can obtain information concerning the processing of your personal data as well as a copy of this personal data.
o Right to rectification: if you believe that your personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, you can request that this personal data be amended accordingly.
o Right to erasure: you can demand the erasure of your personal data within the limits of what is permitted by the regulations.
o Right to restriction of processing: you can request restriction of processing of your personal data.
o Right to object: you can object to the processing of your personal data, for reasons related to your particular situation. You have the absolute right to object to the processing of your personal data for commercial prospecting purposes, including profiling linked to this prospecting.
o Right to the portability of your data, when this right is applicable, you have the right that the personal data that you have provided to us be returned to you or, where technically possible, to transfer them to a third party.
o Right to define guidelines for the retention, erasure or communication of your personal data, applicable after your death.
